Our Doxis4 iECM suite has been successfully certified according to ISO 16175-2 (“Information and Documentation – Principles and functional requirements for records in an electronic office environment”) and Dutch NEN 2082. With this, we satisfy about 300 cross-industry requirements for ISO 16175-2 and adhere to about 155 requirements according to NEN 2082. This landmark makes us the first German vendor accorded for both certifications.
The audit process was executed by Van Bussel Document Services. They confirm in their audit that Doxis4 meets all the requirements of the internationally applicable ISO 16175-2 standard for records management and Dutch NEN 2082. “Doxis4 is an integrated content management suite well versed to model, process, archive, and preserve records and their metadata,” writes Dr. Geert-Jan van Bussel, the chief auditor.
Doxis4 fulfills cross-industry requirements
ISO 16175-2 covers 275 requirements independent of function, industry, and technology. The requirements include the definition of processes, capture and manage conditions, retention and deletion rules, and the support of compliant work procedures.
The Dutch NEN 2082 is a local industry standard crucial for projects in the public sector. It comprises 155 requirements in eight categories for information and archive management.
